Altair Sports is a sports card and collectables business based in the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders & Purchases
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once we have received payment in full and sent you a confirmation. Prices are listed in GBP and are correct at the time of display, though we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Card Breaks
All card breaks are conducted live on Whatnot. By purchasing a slot in a break, you agree to the terms of that platform as well as our own. Slots are allocated randomly and fairly on stream. We make no guarantees as to the value of cards pulled in any break. All break sales are final once the break has commenced.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are in GBP. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing payment and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping page for full details on rates and packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of sports cards and collectables, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of all products we sell. All graded cards are certified by PSA or BGS. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of an item you have received, please contact us immediately. We take authenticity seriously and will investigate any concerns thoroughly.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Altair Sports or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altair Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
